• It’ s used for the de-hulling in high-grade large-scale maize processing lines.
• The stock enters into the machine from the bottom and gets discharged from the top. The uniformity of de-hulling is high; several machines in series can save the elevators. The combination of air jetting and suction is advantageous for bran and germ discharging and reduces the chance of jam. The air suction cylinder has no residue inside.
• This machine has two structures: sand rollers and iron rollers. Sand rollers are more suited to de-hulling; iron rollers are more suited to de-germing.
• Switches, ammeter and negative pressure meter display are equipped. The installation, operation and maintenance are convenient.
