We’ve installed a 40T/D corn milling project in Ecuador, in northwest of South America. Cleaning process adopts high efficiency vibrating sieve, de-stoner, intensive dampener, magnet, degerminator and crusher to complete the process of 1 pre-cleaning, 1 sieving, 1 de-stoning, 1 dampening, 3 degerminatings, 1 crushing and 2 magnet separatings. This cleaning process is completely in line with the cleaning of local corn. Milling process adopts full automatic pneumatic roller mills, plansifter, germ selector, two electronic automatic packing scales. The whole production line adopts full automatic PLC control; enclosed pipe ventilation is used for de-dusting. Milling process can be adjusted to meet client’s different requirements. It has high automation and saves human labor; with steel structure workshop, the equipment layout is compact and in good order. The workshop has good hygiene conditions; the production operations are flexible and apply to a large scope of clients.
