• Combined grinder beater brusher is a wheat surface cleaning machine. It is a perfect combination of gentle grinding, beating, brushing and can ensure every kernel of wheat is cleaned. The attachments like exocuticle, epicarp, hair, fine dust powder, microorganism are removed, while the endocarp, testa, nucellus layer, aleuron layer are not damaged in order to keep the bran complete. According to its position in technical process, the beating plates and the brushing plates can be exchanged freely; it is a new type of wheat cleaning equipment. It can also provide a combination of grinding and beating or a combination of grinding and brushing.

• The machine has grinding zone, beating zone and brushing zone, offering a three-grade processing for wheat respectively with inner toothed plate, beating plate and brushing plate. The fine dust powder, bacteria and pesticide on wheat surface are removed.
