• Motor drives the rotor disc to rotate at high speed of 2950 rpm. In negative pressure status, the stock is continuously impacted by the pins, so that the incoming flour flakes become loose, endosperm granules are crushed, flour extraction rate in this milling system is improved.
• Configuration features:
• Casing adopts high quality steel plates.
• Rotor disc and stator disc adopts standard 8mm cold rolled flat plates.
• Low carbon alloy steel pins have gone through special treatment (nitriding and carburizing) to ensure that the impact parts have excellent wear resistance while the screw ends don’t have quenching to ensure the tenacity.
• The inlet is sealed with sealing strip or rubber ring to ensure that there is no powder outflow.
• Stator disc has gone through dynamic balance test and it runs steadily.
• Different pin configurations can be adopted for different process positions. Pin configurations: square-square, square-round, round-round, round-square, etc.
