HBA have installed a 40T/D rice flour milling project in Salvador. Cleaning process adopts 1 sieving and 1 air suction; milling process adopts 2 full automatic pneumatic roller mills for 4 passages of milling and 1 4-bin plansifter. The whole production line adopts full automatic PLC control; enclosed pipe ventilation is used for de-dusting. Rice flour can be adjusted from 70 to 150 mesh with different sieve nets according to client’s requirements. It has high automation and saves human labor; with steel structure workshop, the equipment layout is compact and in good order. Enclosed pipe ventilation plays the main role and manual clean-up plays the minor role in workshop de-dusting. The workshop has good hygiene conditions; the production operations are flexible and apply to a large scope of clients.
