The cleaning process adopts 5 sievings, 2 wheat scourings, 2 de-stonings and 1 wheat brushing; milling process adopts 4B8M3S2T and 2 bran scourings. The equipment layout is compact, in good order and pleasing to the eye. Enclosed pipe ventilation plays the main role and manual clean-up plays the minor role in workshop de-dusting. The workshop has good hygiene conditions; the production operations are flexible and apply to a large scope of clients.

This process is completely in line with the cleaning of local wheat. Milling process adopts five full automatic pneumatic roller mills, three plansifters, two bran scourers, one micro feeder and two automatic packing scales. Cleaning process adopts 1 sieving, 2 wheat scourings, 1 de-stoning, 3 air suctions, 2 magnet separatings and 2 dampenings; milling process adopts 5B7M1S1T and 2 bran scourings. The project has a simplified technical process, fewer machines and thus small investment. It applies to the medium hard and soft wheat with impurity content below 2% produced from Europe, North America, Oceania, North Africa, Middle East, إلخ. Positive pressure pneumatic conveying of the flour into silos can realize centralized packing and bulk distribution.
