We’ve installed a 100T/24h wheat milling project in Afghanistan of Central Asia. Cleaning process adopts 3 sievings, 2 wheat scourings, 2 de-stonings, 2 dampenings, 4 magnet separatings, 3 wheat mixings and 3 air suctions. This process is completely in line with the cleaning of local wheat. Milling process adopts five full automatic pneumatic roller mills, three plansifters, two bran scourers, one micro feeder and two automatic packing scales. Whole production line adopts plane arrangement and full automatic control. Enclosed pipe ventilation plays the main role in workshop de-dusting. The workshop has a low height to reduce client’s investment. Milling process can be adjusted to meet client’s different requirements. It has high automation and saves human labor; with steel structure workshop, the equipment layout is compact and in good order. The workshop has good hygiene conditions; the production operations are flexible and apply to a large scope of clients.
