HSFD Centrifugal Detacher
• Centrifugal detacher is a necessary equipment for modern flour mills to adopt long milling scheme and produce flour of different grades. The stock, after being processed by smooth rollers, enters into centrifugal detacher for further processing. Thus, the flour extraction rate of coarse granules and middlings is improved, the milling passages are shortened and power is saved.
• In the working cylinder, the high speed beating plates impact and throw the stock. The collision and frication have the effect of loosening and separating the stock.
• Beating plates adopt 304 stainless steel, linear cutting.
