We have installed a 80T/24h wheat milling project in Mongolia of Central Asia. The pre-cleaning adopts one sieving and one air suction; workshop cleaning adopts two sievings, two scourings, two destonings, two dampenings, three magnetic separatings, one wheat mixing, two air suctions and one color sorting. This technology is completely proper for local wheat cleaning. Milling technology adopts five full automatic pneumatic roller mills, two plansifters, one purifier, one bran finisher, one micro feeder, four electronic packing scales. The whole production line adopts steel structure and full automatic control.

Enclosed pipes are used for ventilation and de-dusting. Workshop height is relatively low to reduce customer’s investment. The milling technology can be adjusted to satisfy customer’s different requirements. PLC control system realizes central control, with high automation degree. Workshop’s normal operation only needs four workers, greatly reducing labor forces. The equipment is arranged compactly and pleasant to the eye. The floor area is about 250㎡; enclosed ventilation ca n avoid dust spill; workshop hygiene condition is good; operation is flexible.
